How much data does WoW use?

Going to accept to use my mobile data to play wondering how much data I tin look to utilize an hour? I recollect having a 7GB monthly limit when I used to play BC Retail and then I should be fine with a 15GB mobile monthly information limit? Currently playing a WOTLK and BC server.

I hot spot wow all the time on my phone. It's literally kilobytes of data. Barely anything. Browsing reddit is more. If you lot add discord or TeamSpeak it'south a LOT more.

Basically nil. I recall in MoP I had to use my phones 4g to raid 1 nighttime and with WoW and mumble I used a combined 65mb or so over 3 hours.

Can't imagine WotLK/BC taking more than than that.

For me, in WoTLK, around... hmm... fifteen-20MB per hour (depends of the server, if information technology has custom scripts, etc...). Avoid large cities and stuff with too loftier population in the aforementioned place.

Ever visual and audio that games uses it uses from your pc files, information technology also sends and downloads the commands to utilise them. I recall information technology was like 300kb for minute or something, really actually small amounts

if you lot are on windows 10 y'all can get to settings > network > data usage and see how much wow used last thirty days, for me is 400MB having around 2 days played more than or less.

I average about 2-5 hours a mean solar day, and I hit 300mb for the by 30 days. Fun tip -- Disable automatic steam updates! That will kill your joy really quick!

Playing on Kronos used maybe 2MB/60 minutes. I'd imagine for BC it's 4MB and WoTLk it'due south viii-10M /h.
